Stewart Power & Nicole Jackson Stewart is an accomplished Sales Consultant and Licensed Real Estate Agent with twenty-five years’ experience successfully marketing and selling residential property in beachside localities on the Central Coast - Terrigal, Avoca Beach, Copacabana and Macmasters Beach (15 years) and Northern suburbs of Sydney – Epping, Eastwood and Ryde (3 years). Whilst having sold near 500 properties in his real estate career to date some of Stewart’s more notable achievements include the sale of beach front homes at Avoca Beach, Copacabana, Wamberal, Forrester’s Beach and Noraville as high as $4.3m and in May 2017 created an ‘off beach front” record when he sold 60C Cape Three Points Road Avoca Beach for a second time for $3.52m. Born in Epping Stewart grew up on Sydney’s North Shore and New South Wales’ North Coast towns of Maclean (Yamba) and Goonellabah (Ballina/Byron Bay) where his love of the beach was ingrained. Nicole is a consummate Sales Consultant and Business Operations Manager with almost twenty-five years’ experience in sales and management roles in the travel, women's fashion and telecommunications industries and has been recognised at a national level for her outstanding performance and leadership in these roles. In recent years Nicole has increased her knowledge of Corporate Governance having been invited to sit on a variety of Boards (presently Bendigo Bank) as well as being a member of Community and Local Government Committees. Again, Nicole’s business acumen was validated by the local business community when she was elected the "first female" President of the Shoalhaven Business Chamber. Born in Sydney, Nicole spent all her childhood and teenage years at Copacabana where her parents Don and Nona owned property. At the age of 5 years she became a nipperette with the Copacabana Surf Lifesaving Club where she trained weekly, competed regularly and represented the Club at State level up to the age of 17 years after which she moved to Sydney to further her studies and career. Stewart and Nicole’s passion for people and real estate has culminated in the opening of their own Real Estate Agency Jackson Power Property. Would thoroughly recommend Stewart and Nicole of Harcourts at Avoca beach.

Great experience from start to finish

Stewart was great from the day we went to the viewing. We had asked for a private viewing due to COVID-19 concerns and he took the necessary precautions, something not seen so much in metropolitan Sydney. He was friendly and helpful in giving advice about the area and from his extensive experience working in the industry. The one thing that struck me compared to other viewings is that Stewart didn't try to pressure us, was just honest with the situation and was in contact only if there were necessary updates. Obviously we hope to be this house for a little while, but if we ever decide to sell and find a new house we'd certainly look to use Stewart for both parts in the future!

Can’t rate him highly enough

A thoroughly professional agent , there was no hard pressure to sell, our price was backed 150%. Stewart even looked after our puppies when we couldn’t be there for those impromptu visits . Would we recommend them ? YES If you want an honest agent with morals call him
