I'm not an experienced home buyer, I've only inspected several properties and attended one auction and my first inspection was less than two weeks ago. However, I already signed the contract a couple of days ago and one of the reasons for such a quick decision wasn't the property itself but the attitude of the agent (Stewart and his team). I actually liked another property more and it was more convenient for me to pursue that property but I stopped considering it due to poor communication with the selling agent.
