We we're so unsure of being able to sell our house in a timely manner in order to meet or our deadline to purchase our next home and we couldn't help but feel negative as 2020 was turning quite sour but Stuart remained positive the whole time assuring us it would happen despite not being able to do open for inspections due to Covid restrictions as soon as we listed and then straight after came 7 weeks of no realestate inspections at all. We were so happy the purchasers came along the first weekend after restrictions eased. Stuart helped negotiate a positive outcome over the next week for us to get a price we were happy with and great conditions with a quick settlement.
