From the first contact with Stuart I felt at ease selling my two properties which had been in my family for over 40 years. I had a couple of non-negotiable requirements for the sale. The first was to protect my long-term tenants during the sale period. Stuart worked well my tenants and although they were sad to leave the property, they vacated the property on good terms. The second requirement was tax related. To reduce the amount of capital gains tax to be paid, Stuart came up with a strategy to sell the property in consecutive financial years. This went off without a hitch and has saved me thousands in tax. During the sale process I found Stuart to be easily contactable, he regularly called with an update of potential sale opportunities.
