After signing contract demands i had to do needing 2 people, im broke and alone. Arranged sub contractor which did poor job and was not what Stuart said was going ti get done. When questioned his response was when am I going to have all my stuff out of my home of 50 years while unemployed and having work place injury. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!

Stuart was positive and keen about the sale, right from our first sit down. He thought the Unit would be appealing to most buyers in the local area. He told us what the market at this time, the type of buyer that they would target, and how to reach those buyers to at least spark some interest and ultimately sell our property. it worked out well.
