Stuart and the team were incredibly approachable. Sensitive to our needs and communicated what needed to be done for a smooth property purchase. They related to us well used easy to understand language and not jargon. The personal touches by the team also made this experience memorable for the right reasons. Stu knows his stuff and is very realistic when it comes to price range etc. We had our first open on a Sunday and received 3 offers the next day and one was accepted and signed off within 10 days! Exceeded our expectations and we got the price we were looking for. Would definitely recommend him!

Stuart was a pleasure to work with in selling our house. He kept us in the loop all the time and had great negotiating skills. He did the opens where he could and went out of his way to do so. His partner agent Sharron was lovely also and did some of the opens but I would have rathered know about this from the start as Stuarts personality is why we sold with him so would have preferred he did it. We didnt get as much as we had hoped for or were told in the beginning but understand that it is a hard one to guage.
