Selling a home is not easy. I chose Stuart Gan because of his track record. There were a lot of houses he had for sale around me and at first thought I guessed they would take precedence over my sale. But the more potential buyers Stuart brought through, the more I realised each person is looking for what they want - not necessarily what we are offering for sale. In the end when a good offer is made Stuart is very good at the contradictory position he is in - that of working for me to get the price I want, while working for the buyer to get the price they want. He seems transparent at this time which is good. I sold, and while I did't get the price I was hoping for at the beginning I decided to accept an offer which I though was okay and the best I was likely to receive given the many weeks and months I had my property on the market. I'm happy to recommend Stuart Gan as an agent to anyone with a property to sell.
