Sold above asking price great communication would highly recommend
After contacting Stuart for an appraisal I had zero interaction or contact with him. His assistant Roxy was the only one who had any contact. I think you get what you pay for. There was very little feedback after open houses. There were quite a few contracts and offers that fell through and I don't know how much effort was put in to try and save them. I only got told they were pulling out not what had been done to try and save it, if anything. Let's just say that I am about to sell another house and will not be using them again, we will go with a different agent and pay more to get a better, quicker sale with an agent who will fully engage us in the process.

Unfortunately the only time I dealt with Stuart was the initial appraisal. The rest of the process was handled by Roxanne Beale. To be honest I didn't feel as though One percent were looking for the best deal for me, only a quick sale. Initially the price suggested for sale of my home was great and exactly what we were after but we ended up falling short. And would have been a lot less if I hadn't have stood my ground on the sale price. After not a lot of interest in the first couple of months I was advised to drop the price well below the current listed price. If I had have taken this advice we would have fallen well below what I was after. There were a couple of other times where it was just obvious that One percent were only looking out for what was best for the buyer. Stuart was really good to deal with for initial appraisal and Roxy seemed like a very nice lady and communication was quite good but it was quite evident that given the price of my home One percent only wanted a quick sale.
