Stuart is a very likeable man, easy going. I found Stuart to be knowledgeable, however I would advise any sellers to know the value of their property and hold true to that! Your realtor can advise you but it’s your decision! Secondly know what the actual amount you will pay for his services! We were a little surprised at the cost. It’s in percentage terms but it pays to work it out, it may just shock you! Also be aware that photos, video etc are not included in his fees but seperate charges! Stuart has a good eye, a lovely way about him! He returned our calls promptly, great phone manners. He tried to be available most of the time but not always!
