We knew, what we wanted, & Stuart was with us, all the way. He had the answers, often before we asked. We visited the place, a couple of times, & Stuart, & the Office team, were there, & everything was smooth sailing. There was never any pressure, we were in the area, for only a short time, & as I said, we wanted things to move quickly. And that they did. 30 days. Boom. Had we wanted more time, I know we had it. But we were pushing. Stuart & staff were there, & things flowed along beautifully. This is only the 2nd house we've ever owned in Oz, & we are very happy with the result. Thanks again, Stuart & Team. Stuart was adaptable to mine and Hayley’s work schedule due to having government jobs and work requires. Stuart was contactable at the most of times (including weekends). Lastly, due to my loan being through defence bank, he allowed the extra time for myself to arrange Hayley and my finances for the bank as they take longer than a normal bank.
