I found Stuart by googling the best real estate agent on the Gold Coast. We appointed Stuart at the beginning of this year to sell 3 of our properties. Stuart is a pleasure to deal and is fantastic with his communication. He always gives updates by phone or email (depending on what suits us at the time). Our first property was vacant when it was listed and it was only on the market for 1 week before it went under contract. The 2nd property was tenanted when it was listed and it was on the market for under 8 weeks before it went under contract. Stuart is a very caring person and he set aside time to talk to our tenant to make sure he was on her good side and to ensure the process was smooth for everyone with minimal disruptions to the tenant. With our 3rd property, Stuart recommended that we sell this property vacant as the tenants did not display the property very well. They over crowded the house with furniture and even had a couch on the grass in the back yard. Once the tenants had vacated, Stuart came over to see us to give some hints & tips as to what we need to do to achieve a good sale. We spent 2 weekends getting the house ready for sale by tidying up the gardens and creating some new garden beds along with gurneying the driveway and back patio. The house looked fantastic. We had an offer from the first open house which we declined. We then increased the sale price even though this was against Stuarts recommendations as he knew the market well. Turned out Stuart was correct with his original pricing and after 4 weeks we accepted the first offer. We felt that the selling price was realistic for all the properties (in fact one sold higher than any of us expected) and were happy with the sales. I would highly recommend Stuart to be your agent as you wont be disappointed. He is very professional and he clearly has great real estate knowledge in the areas/suburbs he covers.
