We spent about 9 months looking at the market before we found the right place to buy. Stuart was knowable about the area and hat was around.
Whilst in the market for a property on approximately 1 acre in the Mudgeeraba / Bonogin Area, we found 7 Wallaby Drive on Realestate.com.au and contacted Stuart to register our interest. Whilst obviously working for the seller to negotiate the best outcome for them as their agent, I found Stuart to be up-front, sincere and reliable with my interactions during the purchase. He was aware of the critical time frames and despite appearing to be very popular / busy, we felt the level of attention we received during the process was more than acceptable, whilst not contacting us unnecessarily either, which due to my workload is a plus. I'd certainly consider Stuart should I require a real estate agent in the future.
