He educated us prior to and throughout our sales period on where our property was situated in the market, updated us on other sales in the area, which made us very comfortable with the price we sold for. His communication was exceptional, he called regularly to update us on every inspection and met as scheduled to discuss feedback and was very punctual. Very professional and above all committed and dedicated in finding us a buyer. We were very happy with the end result. I've sold some properties over the years and at times I felt the real estate agent was working for the buyer, we didn't fell that way at any time during the the sale of our house.
