The first time my mother and I met Stuart was for an appraisal of the family home. Stuart came armed with all the details about our property and comparisons with other similar properties in the area. We found Stuart to be honest and knowledgeable. We then engaged Stuart to sell the property and took his advice to sell the property by auction. We didn't know what to expect however Stuart constantly kept us informed of potential buyers, their comments and what they would consider to offer following a series of open houses leading up to the auction. While it might not seem that the listing agent matters, let me tell you – it does. Not all situations are alike.
