Stuart gave me a great experience in selling my fathers flat he was extremely professional in his knowledge about how the flat would be viewed by prospective purchasers ie investors or owners and his predictions proved true. I was also fortunate that he could and did assist the residing tenant to relocate as she was an elderly lady . All in all a pleasant experience.
