We couldn't recommend Stuart, Andrea and the rest of the team at Colac to Coast Real Estate any higher. As a first home buyer we were unsure what to expect, but we can say without any hesitation that with their help and knowledge it made viewing and purchasing our new home seamless, keeping us calm and reassured through the process.
But it still ruined my pre planned holiday "R & R" with unrealistic stress. But that wasn't really his personal fault. More to do with incompatible conveyancing issues. Vendor was expecting me to sign (late at night) immediately without my conveyancer reading & researching which was well outside her business hours. I was in Bali by the time she got to work & why use a conveyancer if you ignore their advice. However his assistant Andrea (incredibly professional back up & support) got a complex purchase sorted. I am now happy in my new home & would recommend Colac to Coast as Stuart & Andrea are reliable navigators / sales people & every sale has unforseen obstacles. (Warts & all version)
