From the beginning Stuart made us feel like we had been friends for a long time. He never treated us as a buyer. From day one, Stuart explained to us in detail all about the property and sent us section 32 in a timely manner. He told us a little about the vendor and how nice they are and why it was time for them to sell. We always felt that Stuart was honest with us and made buying this property a dream come true for us.
