Stuart was courteous and considerate from when we first communicated in late July 2017, and leading up to our first visit when Stuart spent time with us to tour and inspect houses on the last weekend in July 2017. Although there was no satisfactory established/available house, he did follow up with us about what was on offer from 2 micro-builders. We purchased a house through him from one of these builders (Tony Mora Homes) after seeing one that was built and sold by Stuart just prior. Our quality house is a mirror image of what we saw, and we were able to communicate directly with the builder about progress and options. The Contract and all associated legal and operational arrangements were competently handled by Stuart, and all timelines were according to our advanced verbal agreements. We moved into our new house just prior to the end of November 2017, and we are very happy to say that it is all of what we wanted. We would happily recommend Stuart to any prospective buyer in the future.

Stuart was great when selling our home. Spoke highly of our house and appeared to be the better salesman when comparing to other agents. Commission fees low in comparison.
