when he said Ill sell your place within a month I did not believe him , as the last agent for another place said the same thing and it took 3 mnths , so when he called while we were in Brisbane on a short break after only 2 weekends of open day , and said I have a contract for you to sign , not just any contract but an unconditional one I nearly fainted , it was like wowowow and all my Xmases came at once , he traveled all the way to Brisbane in peak hr traffic to get me to sigh , so yes he is most professional in the way he dealt with me , and the way he is dressed , that is important to me , it shows he cares about who he represents . so yes I am impressed with the deal he made for me , and now I hope he can do the same for my daughter who wants to sell her place

We used Stuart to purchase an investment property and he was particularly helpful when it came to the negotiations (which was made more difficult by the fact we live in another state).
