Stuart was excellent with his communication and really made me feel in the loop. I never had to chase him for updates or felt like he wasn't working with my best interests in mind. We had an earlier offer that I was prepared to take but Stuart urged me to let him fight for more and in the end he managed to get an extra $10k for me on the final sale. Very glad to have found Stuart to sell my house and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We met Stuart the week before our purchase was up for auction. He was very personable and was happy to answer any of our 'first home owner' questions. He gave us advice on what to do as we were very interested but unable to buy under auction conditions. We put in our offer and it was accepted. Stuart made time that day to go through all of the paperwork and get the contract signed. He was easily contactable throughout the settlement period and nothing was too much hassle.
