From the beginning we some reservations on using a real estate team who did not work in our local area. But we had an established relationship with Stuart Rooke and had a high level of trust in him and his performance. Our confidence in Stuart and the Ray White Boxhill team paid off with their performance leading up to the auction and their performance on the day of the auction. One small point - when date was changed for the auction, the board outside the property should have been charged. Still had not been changed by date of auction - week later. Took 3 days to get light working on this sign - installer should have a system for checking operation at installation.
