The whole process of purchasing our new home was painful. From start to finish I was repeatedly texted, phoned and harassed until we went unconditional. Upon moving in we discovered (despite assurances and trusting his word that all the appliances were fine) that the dishwasher was not working and some functions on the oven don't work. He apologised profusely, but was unfortunately not able to help us as we signed off on the house... So far it has cost us an additional $90 and we're up for a new dishwasher. The oven has yet to be looked at... I'll never allow anyone to rush me through a final inspection again. I would not reccomend Stuart if you're a purchaser as clearly he isn't trustworthy, or cares once he has his commission.
