We were tired from renovating and wanted a low fuss exchange that would secure a good sale (for us) and happy purchase (for the buyer). Stuart liked what our place offered, didn't flinch at it's history, and didn't try to win our business with promise of a huge price. The selling process was a comfortable, low stress experience with the nature of exchange we were after. Stuart had this listing early Jan and due to lack of valued offers we withdrew it and commenced re-leasing. On a follow up to us, Stuart indicated he felt market interest was good & he wished to try internet marketing it again for a week whilst we had a 'gap' in rental leases. Consequently following much communication and negotiation a sale was secured.
