During our purchase we had no direct contact (in person, phone or email) with Stuart Whyment. However we did receive excellent service from staff at LJ Hooker, in particular Laura Gunn.
The agent Laura Gunn arranged to meet us at the property. She was courteous, very patient and took us around the property and gave us as much information as possible. She also informed us of further planned open homes and asked us to take time to view the property. We were also informed of the feedback received from other viewers and some of the negatives from their perspective, so this was very useful information.Ultimately, it was up to us to decide which way we wanted to go with the property. Laura answered all the questions asked and much of her responses were checked with the Vendor before providing us with the responses. She also arranged to meet us to enable us to measure up some parts of the house to determine what furniture would fit in the space available in the property.So, all in all, it was a very helpful experience. Surprisingly, L J Hooker also contacted is with free building insurance which was a great surprise.
