Really good communication
The selling of this property was tricky but Subhash never lost focus or enthusiasm and produced a great result.The pool of buyers Subhash has the ability to reach seems enormous.Goldfish are probably not the cheapest company to sell real estate through but they make it happen! As I now know sometimes a cheaper non performing alternative agent can be very expensive in the long run.Before you list be sure you speak with Subhash.
