Subodh helped us in purchasing our first home and I’m pleased with his professional service he took complete control of organizing our property for sale from renovation to staging the property , he has kept us posted with all offers received and helped us negotiate to achieve a highest sale price for an apartment in the block.

Initially, agent and their office were okay to deal with, but close the settlement there was a lack of communication and coordination. The property(Block of land) was delivered with extra rubbish on top of it and handed over not according to the contractual terms. Subodh and their office need to upskill their level of professionalism and at least should consider the contractual terms. Block was handed over with a lot of rubbish on it ( it was promised to be delivered in a clean and vacant condition). In spite of several reminders, they didn't do a good job.

Subodh and team is professional We have known him only for 5 weeks and used him to sell Our land I was left completely surprised initially but as when times became tough, he performed better than my local agent, Subodh always knew he is going to get the best result as confident as he sounds, as covid started, he kept me informed of each buyer offer. He is more than an agent now and best negotiator he is a friend, he cares and we would love to recommend his work!
