Sue has been our Real Estate agent for 5 or 6 years and has been very helpful during this time. Sue found me great tenants when I was renting my property. Just last month Sue sold my property for the price I wanted. The price was realistic and I was guided by her local knowledge. She did however have to work for the sale, as she had to negotiate to achieve this, but, as she is a good agent, this was achievable. Her ethics are good .... a lot better than some other agents I have come across in the past, so yes if you are looking for a great agent Sue will be your lady.
