Sue and Alan were fully informed re the suburb I was selling in and did a tremendous job keeping me informed and involved. I am very hard to get a hold of during business hours so they sent me comprehensive text messages as needed and we talked out of hours and on the weekend. They also managed all interactions with the building and letting manager on my behalf including organizing final bond clean etc. They managed my expectations of what price was realistic given all factors including market conditions, state of my property, and comparison with other nearby properties for sale.
