My wife and I first met Sue Bell principal of Beachside Realty in 2014 when she was listing another property in our Strata Building at Marine Parade Coolangatta. She impressed us with her enthusiasm from the outset, as a result we went form thinking of selling to deciding to list our Unit for sale through Sue Bell. 19 days later we were looking for a new place to live after achieving a price in excess of $60,000 more than other agents in the area had suggested.
