I originally met with Sue at my Mother’s unit a couple of months before. She was punctual and friendly and we talked about how we should market the almost 40 year old unit. Options were discussed, but we decided to market the new unit as is - no refurbishment to be done, but Sue noted it could be made more saleable with a few little touches like bed covers, cushions, plants etc. Of course, the unit had to be totally cleaned out, but Sue encouraged me to leave the furniture, albeit dated, as a selling point. Sue provided me with an excellent cleaner/handyman, who thoroughly cleaned the unit, ready for sale. During this pre-sale process, Sue was always in contact - giving helpful advice. The first ‘Open House’ saw 31 groups through the property, and by the following day, Sue had secured 11 offers. The offers were well above our asking price. Consequently, after discussions with Sue, we decided to take the best offer. The property had sold within 2 days! Sue made herself available throughout the whole process and was very professional and helpful at all times. The settlement went through without any problems as well. I would definitely recommend Sue to anyone wanting to use an agent who’s manner is friendly, understanding and calm, but totally professional in her approach.
