Sue was very co-operative and investigative as far as researching the property and negotiating a sale with the buyers. I found she had a pleasant and effervescent personality and once an offer came through on the property she pursued it vigorously right up until a sale price was negotiated. Although I would have liked more money for the property, I was prepared to accept Sues advice that at the time that a settlement with no conditions was favourable.
