Sue was always quick to reply to any question we asked about the property and was easily contactable by phone or email when needed. Sue provided us with a video walk through as we were unable to make it to personally inspect the property which was a great help. Overall, sue made the purchase less stressful and assisted us with organising building, pest and pool inspectors to attend as we were in a different state.
