Communication was always professional and all timelines were met without fault. In fact our experience was excellent in every way except that the house was very dirty when it was handed over. This may not be the agents responsibility but it did effect our experience. My suggestion is that the agents provide a clause to guarantee a professional clean to avoid this happening to future buyers. Other than the cleaning issue we were highly satisfied with the process.
