Sue was fantastic in facilitating the purchase of our investment property in Port Macquarie. We live some 500km away from Port Macquarie, as such there was a great deal of trust on our part in Sue and her team. Sue was effective in negotiations with the vendor, organised the building inspection, returned to the property to double check on items that arose from the building inspection that I had concerns with, sourced and provided a rental appraisal for the lender and pointed us in the direction of a very competent property manager. I highly recommend Sue Jogever and Coast Front Realty.

We were very pleased with Sues professionalism and service delivery during our sale. Nothing was too much trouble and we certainly felt that Sue always had our interests at heart being open and honest. We highly recommend Sue based on our experience.

It was a very easy experience dealing with Sue. She was always pleasant and everything went so smoothly it was definitely a big plus. The gift with our keys was an unexpected surprise and we loved that too.

We recently bought a property through Coast Front Realty & must say we are overly impressed with their overall service. Sue is simply the best!.....her professionalism, class & style, helping attitude while dealing with the whole process were great! She was always prompt even to reply to some of my emails or texts at late evening. The whole team was great to deal with. Thanks Sue & the team of Coast Front Realty :)

I can thoroughly recommend Sue Jogever as a selling agent. She has been extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Leading up to the sale , Sue was in regular contact with me and I valued her suggestions. In preparation for the sale, Sue was very generous with her time and resources. This was so important to me, as this was my home for 27 years, and it was also my very first sale! Sue was able to secure me an amazingly quick sale and I am most grateful for this. She was very aware of the current market and I am really happy with the outcome!

Sue showed us two properties and we bought the second one we saw with her!We were looking for something that didn't need too much work, but we instantly fell for it. We are happy to do the work it needs. We couldn't be happier. Since then, Sue has answered all my questions and been very helpful.

It has been a pleasure dealing with Sue as part of our recent property purchase in the Port Macquarie area. Always responsive and helpful, she was quick to act on our queries and requests for information. She was professional throughout but also warm and approachable that made the serious nature of property purchase a less of a stressful experience. Thank you Sue.

excellent service with good guidance when we became a little concerned with exchange of contract process. Would use Sue again for any future sales.
