Working with Sue Jogever made the whole process as easy as it could be. The fact that she actually listened and acted on what it was that I was looking for, meant so much to me. Bearing my priority list in mind, meant there was no time wasted in my search. My wish list was long and I feel that this property has ticked all of the boxes. Exchange and Contracts went smoothly and quickly, thanks to Sue.
I think Sue did a wonderful job selling my villa and went above and beyond her agent duties due to overseeing renovations to the villa. I would have no trouble recommending her or her agency to help anyone sell their property
Sue was really helpful and I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding support during the home-buying process. She was always quick to respond to my questions, no matter how big or small, and took the time to explain every step of the process in detail. Her knowledge and dedication made what could have been a daunting experience feel smooth and manageable, her guidance was truly appreciated!
My husband and I had a great experience with this agent. Sue was warm and friendly but nonetheless thoroughly professional in representing her seller. In our dealings we found Sue to be on top of all relevant issues and demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the local market. Sue was really helpful in dealing with issues that we raised which made the process easy. Her communication was outstanding throughout the settlement period and was greatly appreciated. After being involved in a number of recent conveyances Sue is best agent that we’ve dealt with by far.
Sue was very personable, remembering details most agents don’t. She was able to assist in a great outcome! Thanks Sue.
Sue and Paul were amazing. They were committed to selling our house for the right price and within our time frame! We knew exactly what we needed to so and felt 100% supported. Completely professional - we knew our sale was in the right hands! Never thought I'd meet such a hard working and honest real estate agent. Sue was willing to make a commitment and make it happen! Would highly recommend!
Sue was great to work with! She always kept us in the loop throughout the process and was easy and approachable to communicate with.
Sue was very professional and proactive in the handling of my purchase of property. Sue is a great communicator and was right on the mark of dealings.
I highly recommend Sue from Belle Property Port Macquarie. Sue's keen eye for detail and dedication to us as sellers achieved fantastic results. Sue kept us well informed all the way through our campaign and her excellent negotiation skills enabled the best possible price for our property. I would not hesitate to refer Sue to any potential sellers.
We haven’t bought in such a volatile market before. Sue ensured that any queries were promptly answered and assisted in arranging the building inspection and strata search so we were able to exchange contracts without delays. We couldn’t be more appreciative.
Sue Jogever from belle property Port Macquarie quoted a price range that we may get for the sale of our unit and within a week she managed to obtain the sale at the very top of the price range. Far higher than that quoted by a popular local real estate group. As a side issue she helped sell most of our furniture online that we could not take with us. She has that unique charm. Bob & Denise
