Sue has a good understanding of the current property market and how to assist the client to achieve a successful sale! 7 years ago, I met Sue at one of her Auction campaigns and she left me with a memorable first impression. Her warm and friendly-nature makes her very approachable. From our quick conversation, Sue showed a great knowledge of the property and its surroundings. As an Architect, I was impressed with the house's excellent presentation. The Auction and all details were meticulously planned. I remember saying to myself: 'If I ever sell a property, I need Sue there!' 7 years later, Sue is here selling my property and she sure hit the mark, if not better!
