I recently sold my Dads house as part of hid estate. There were some issues with the building and Sue's advice and market understanding got me through some worrying times. It would have been very easy to reduce the cost of the house or pay for expensive reno's. On Sue's advise we had some checks performed that saved us possibly thousands and maintained the pricing on the house. We were impressed with Sue right from the start. When we arrived at the office we stopped briefly to look to view the adds and very quickly Sue was there to see if she could help. We said we are not buying but selling. It was not long before the sale of our property was singed up. It only took a few days and a buyer was found. Looked at 3 houses on a sunday, all fitted what we described. Signed a contract on the following Tuesday on the 1st one we looked at. That was before any of 4 other agents in Morayfield area even got back to us on our initial contact with them.
