Sue Raynor at Pulse Realty is an excellent real estate agent. Sue has such a down to earth attitude and listened to everything we had to say about selling our property. She helped us set realistic expectations and was amazingly good with communication - we were never left feeling that we were in the dark about anything. She was very professional at all times and often went above and beyond what was required to help us with absolutely anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Sue and she made an effort to stay in touch on several occasions every week to update us on the progress of the sale of our house. She offered sound advice on all matters pertaining to the sale of our house - and even gave us solid advice on the buying of another house (which was not through her agency). Our house sold after she presented it for its' first home open which was amazing in the current market. Unfortunately the sale fell through (due to the buyers not having their finance sorted), but Sue managed to get our house sold the very next day, again, to another buyer. She is very in touch with the local market and we absolutely trust her ability, knowledge, experience and more importantly integrity which is so important when making major decisions like selling and buying property. Sue made the selling process stress free for us and we couldn't recommend her highly enough. We would trust no other agent with the sale of our house. It was such a pleasure to deal with such an honest and helpful agent, there are far too few around.

Sue sold a previous house of mine years ago, so I knew I had a very good agent lucky to have her personal attention throughout. But this time was even better, the process was so simple and straightforward and well explained, there were few questions to ask. We followed her advice and prepared the house well, but it was still a surprise (in the current market), that Sue sold our house on the first open day. With four good offers. We were very happy with the final settlement and Sue guided us through the various stages with calm and confidence, always ready with a recommendation for other services which are inevitably required (cleaning, electrics and so on). I couldn't wish for a better, smoother process – Sue took as much stress out of selling as is possible. Brilliant.
