Sue was not your average real estate agent. She really cared about how the 40 acre block of land we purchased would suit our needs. She introduced us to an App on our phone that we could see exactly where our boundaries were walking on the land which was fabulous! She gave very honest answers to our questions and unlike a lot of real estate agents, was very candid. A nice change. She gave detailed local information on the gorgeous area of Mt Maria. Sue was outstanding with her knowledge of our area and surrounds..she kept us in the loop of everything happening with the sale of our property..if it wasn't for Sue fighting the legal solicitor and continued back and forth with the buyers we would not know what to do but Sue was there in our corner to make sure the sale went through..she understood the requirements needed to sell a property..she was on the phone to our solicitor and the buyers solicitor constantly with out Sue we would have lost our sale..Sue contacted us or called in to update us with all the legalities and explained the who's and whatfores..I would highly recommend Sue to any buyers and sellers...we were very grateful she got our property sold for a price we were happy with..I believe that the buyers were happy with Sue's handwork and long hours on the phone talking to both parties...she was a friend when you were selling or buying property...
