Sue sold my unit in the city that was somewhat rundown and had problematic tenants which made viewings challenging. She systematically worked through and eliminated all the barriers for a buyer one by one, starting with tenants, to presentation, to economical ways to present the property more favourably. As settlement approached she worked with the onsite facilities manager to fix a couple of minor items at the hand over inspection to ensure settlement happened on time and through being so efficient was able to bring settlement forward by a week.
