Sue advised that vendor had confirmed she had washed 'everything', carpets, windows etc. This is NOT true at all. Carpets appeared they might have been cleaned but totally unusable with hideous staining and bleach marks; the windows, screens and curtains were filthy. These items clearly hadn't seen water for a very, very long time, perhaps years. Curtians were literally black across the top with dirt. House was full of bugs and the exterior hasn't seen a broom or water for many moons. This house is the same age as ours yet the walls were covered in highly visible, ugly marks, dings, gouges and scuffs: even the ceiling had unexplainable scribblings. We were happy at the prospect of not having to do a major clean-up but, as usual, this did not eventuate.

I found Sue to be very professional in every facet of the sale of my property. Her communication skills & knowledge of the market are were excellent. Sue achieved the best possible result for me.
