It has been a pleasure dealing once again with Sue and her professional team. After a couple of contracts falling through due to building inspections, nothing was too much of a problem with Sue, she just knuckled down and tried again and again. We were selling a duplex for my father so that he could go into permanent residency in a nursing home. The duplex needed a lot of care and maintenance, but due to time constraints, we had to sell it as is. Sue and her team acheived a very good price considering the condition of the dulpex. We have used Sue to sell previous properties of ours and will definitely use her team again in the future.
