Firstly, Real Estate Agents have not always been on the top of my list of professionals, however Sue Ward and her assistant Carrie Stevenson at Harcourts were a delight to work with, they provided us with the all information (about buying in Queensland ) that was required for us to make the right decisions and they were very prompt in answering all our calls , (voice mails were at a minimum).
