Having purchased with Sugath 6 years ago and now having sold with him recently, he's got my vote of confidence for both processes. When purchasing - starting from the open home - he made himself available to provide details and work out what I was after - but didn't get pushy or try and gloss over any concerns I might have (many other agents did - I walked away from many houses as I didn't trust the agent - there will always be another house...). I was incredibly happy with the negotiations and purchasing process with him. Recently, it was time for me to sell the very same property. Sugath has been great to deal with - unlike some other agents - he did not try to get me to do tens of thousands of $$ work on the place - for limited gain. He also accepted my decision on things which went against his recommendations without pushing (only a couple of things - but they were important to me and I explained why). He and his team were and continue to be approachable and easy to deal with - their communication has been really good. Sugath provided prompt communication following open homes and kept me informed the whole way. He knows the market - so knew what to look for in potential buyers (many of the offers received were from people on his database). The outcome has been a sale which is a great price for myself and the purchasers (yes this is possible - I wasn't after a "lotto win" house sale - and the purchasers weren't after a "fire sale" price) - after only 11 days on the market.
