I met Sugath when he became involved in the sale of my son's property in Doreen. At first sight, his warm and engaging smile made me wonder if this was a pussycat. However, as I was to discover, behind that infectious smile was no less than a Tiger whose enthusiasm, dogged determination to act in his Vendors' best interest, honesty and loyalty blew me away. Sugath could have settled my son's property at the best offer, but he worked harder than anyone might have expected and did not rest until he actually secured $30,000 more than that best offer. When it came to selling my Sister's property in Mernda, as her Power of Attorney, appointing Sugath as the Agent was a given. I am happy to report that Sugath did this family proud once again. Though he might have been happy with the final, and best offer we received and pushed me to accept it, he worked hard and secured a price that was $15,000 higher than that which I would have been prepared to accept. I felt this agent was not totally honest throughout the process, was not operating in my interest on auction day and was focussed on selling at any price regardless of the wishes of both the sellers and buyers. I would not recommend Sugath as the whole process has left us very disappointed and we feel reflects poorly on what must be acceptable standards of Stockdale and Leggo.
