I just purchased a 1 mil property via Sukhbir, and I cant stress this enough but the sale wont have happened if Sukhbir wasnt there to facilitate it. He is a great agent, played fair to me and the vendor and went above and beyond in maintaining comms. His flexibility to work afterhours (even 10-11pm !) and over the weekends made a big difference for us.
