Sukhwinder helped to provide us with offers for the home within just one week of opening and achieving our expected value. We would definitely love to work with Elder for any of our future dealing. Thanks to the entire team for such a wonderful experience.
Sukhwinder assisted us in buying our first home in Box Hill, Australia. I have had 100s of queries and calls with him, all very generously and politely answered. I could finalise my home loan very promptly with his help/reference which I believe was not possible otherwise. He has helped throughout in getting all the issues fixed to our satisfaction and I am genuinely very happy with the services we have received for our first home. Looking forward to staying in touch with him and the Elder’s RE team. Thank you very much! Dhruv
We sold our property through Elders Real Estate Box Hill and cannot thank Ranbir and Sukhwinder enough for all that they have done for us. The entire process from onboarding to the weekly open homes and eventually the sale they made the journey comfortable and informed. The most important part was how they treated us as if we were family. They involved themselves in every way to ensure we were satisfied and achieved what we needed. Thank you once again and wish you’ll all the best for the future.
Not a good experience at all. If you are a buyer be careful. Until you put in the deposit he will receive your call/ excellent communication, after that very difficult to find him. Makes a lot of false promises. If he promises anything make sure you put everything in the contract so that you can go for a legal battle later on if required. Gentleman agreement does not work with them. I will never deal with them again for sure.
We are very pleased with our first property purchase especially with the dedication and great customer service from Sukhwinder! He has been putting all his effort in assisting us since inspection days and even post settlement. I highly recommend Sukhwinder if you are considering purchasing or selling properties. He is greatly knowledgeable and approachable so that he can give you the best property advice which is most appropriate and tailored for your circumstances. Again thank you Sukhwinder for helping us get our dream house.
Sukhwinder made this sale process so, so easy. Not only did Sukhwinder keep us up-to-date, but was always available to take our calls and any questions we had. Sukhwinder has great market knowledge and a great network - both from which we benefited from. He was able to secure a good price for our unit, even in the volatile unit market. We would not hesitate to use his services again.
A quick to assist and a professional agent who did his best in the process. Thank you Sukhwinder
We had interviewed many agents in the search for selling our property and Sukhwinder defiantly stood out from the rest. Sukhwinder’ s knowledge of the market and his experience were evident to us from our first meeting. He kept us totally informed throughout. He demonstrated extreme professionalism, knowledge and was attentive through-out the process. He was flexible to accommodate our requests and provided awesome service and his honesty was something we really appreciated. We have no hesitation in recommending Sukhwinder to any vendor or purchaser
He is a good person and he knows very well as what he does. He is always supportive and amazing professionalism in what he does. In nutshell, between 1 to 10 ranking, I would like to give him 100. I use to call him Pa Ji and he deserves that respect.
Sukhwinder helped us sell our property at the peak of lock down in Sydney. It was truly a testament to his dedication and grit to see the sale through despite all the challenges. He is extremely responsive and was always on top of things no matter the challenges.
Sukhwinder did an excellent job with selling my property and offering genuine advice which helped me get great results. He put in tremendous effort and I really appreciated his honesty and care in his work - plus he was always prompt with communication. I got the results I wanted and would hire him again.
