Sukhwinder is a great communicator, has got knowledge of the market and is very good at marketing of the property to achieve the best results. His guess for the price of the property is quite accurate and advises you realistic price which can be achieved. If need be , he advises the mandatory minor renovations to achieve the desired price target. Since I was away, he organised those renovations for me. He is very motivated to achieve the results for himself , his clients and works hard for it.
