Having dealt with Ace real estate previously for the purchase of my previous property , i decided to go through the normal routine of inspecting different properties from different agents in the area.One thing i was certain about is what kind of property i needed and went on saturday with sumit around his normal inspections for about 6 properties. Every property had its pros and cons however the one we bought was the one he recommended prior to us going through different other properties and exactly to what he said it suited what i needed , my budget and what i was looking for. The deal was straightforward and not going back and forth with the seller for the property. I should say with sumit he will ask questions about what you are looking for and cater to your needs rather than a sales person approach he believes in client servicing. Top job!!
