We met as social friend , but his aim was getting listing and he was posetive that we get good price to we signed . They didn’t advertise muc and he trued to give away the house . I believe not many people visit was the house and they knew the buyer will pay more and when sunny called and said is cash deal and arrived in the house was compliantly oposit. And did not read the whole contract at all . Just sign her and there and never disclosed commission to they walked out of the door and I asked what is the commission oh he said we give you a discount will be 2. 5 pct .all I say is that documents not signe according to the lo w. People careful of trusting when money matters . Sunny should go for training again and respect people welfare . When you sell be careful not to come undone and loose your assets . I havent seen him since but I am looking to meet him with ray white boss and show all the wrong doing veery soon. Thanks for reading my story . 🙏
