Sunil Mainali has all those qualities that make him 100% professional real estate agent. Main thing is he is easily accessible anytime when I needed him most ( for advice, information and inspections in building site). He having very good customer service care skills. He was the person between me and vendor when vendor was not available but Sunil managed communication and information well which made more efficient for my home loan with good valuation. After settlement of the loan Sunil is still helping me to arrange before moving house stuff. If I need to buy my second house I will definitely choose him again as a realestate agent. He has very good marketing knowledge which is great for us to know about current market trends so we can invest our capital accordingly. Sunil has ability to speak 3 different languages at same time ( English, Nepalese and Hindi) and this makes him more valuable agent to understand easily when I had difficulty to understand some term of building and construction’s language, where Sunil guided me well.
